Not yet... Some states permit recreational use of Marijuana, this is not one of them, but keep checking in. ~Ya' never know? One thing we've learned from those who have gone before us (in other states) is that those of us using Marijuana for medicinal purposes will pay less than those using it recreationally by a significant amount. Getting your card now, if you have a Medical condition warranting use of medicinal marijuana, will insure that you pay the lowest amounts on the pricing scale. It doesn't matter at the moment, but it will matter, down the line.
No but you can become a patient go to njgreenmd dot com and register.
No you must have a prescription recreational marijuana is not legal in nj
You must be registered, as others have said. To get registered, you need to have a pre-existing condition [cancer, glaucoma, muscular dystrophy, etc., as of right now] OR be a caregiver of a patient with those conditions. Even a caregiver needs to register. Once registered, you need a script, which is good for 3 months, and must be refilled via a visit to your Dr. You need to reregister every 2 years. There's a good chance this may all change in the near future, but that is the qualifications as of now.
Nope, you need an approved MMJ card, and a Dr's prescription.
No. Must be registered, have a script, your MMP card, and a photo ID.
Why then with the new elected governor he said he will legalize so then I won't need any cards correct? Just an i.d. and 💰
No, you need an MMP card
No
Is there anywhere you don't need a mmp?
I have my medical marijuana card through New Jersey
No must be a registered mmp
With the new governor anyone with i.d and cash will be able to buy, if one state has it legal all the states should, it’s a stupid law anyway alcohol kills more people we never killed anybody
