Not yet and as far as I know, the only one with "topical" oils and lozenges is: Compassionate Sciences, Belmawr, N.J. People use oils and creams for cooking and the oil can be vaped (though not recommended) :+) Also, topical oil comes in a syringe. Some people put a drop or two under the tongue for long term relief. I'm told the drops can last 6 to 8 hours and in some cases much longer. Be careful! I vaped three good hits of a syringe full of oil and I was surprised by the really heavy and oppressive high. It lasted two and a half, nearly three days and it wasn't the: Whoa Dude great buzz, kind of high it was the: stop I want to get off type. After that a joint or a bowl did absolutely nothing for more than two weeks. ****The oils are strong and should be used responsibly.
