Small parking lot. Maybe 10 cars or boat trailers. Ramp access to Potomac River. Pit toilet and nearby port-o-potty. C&O canal access

Yes, it is OK. The signs say that the park closes at sunset, but there is an exception for fisherman. No open fires or alcohol though.
$5!🤣 have to cross at Whites Ferry, follow the river road immediately to your right as you leave Whites Ferry, then just put Edward's Ferry in your GPS, it's about 4-5miles the back road to the ramp
