I've been working for HCA for about 2 1/2-3 months now. I got hurt on the job and upper management had no problem accommodating me with lighter work while I recover . With each client I've worked with thus far has been a perfect match I love the way they accommodate both the clients needs and their caregivers so that clients needs are met and caregivers are able to execute the care plan! Which makes a perfect match! I plan on working for HCA for as long as they'll have me!😀😀😀

I have been working here for about 5 months and it is the most fulfilling job I have ever had. My client often cries tears of joy because I make her laugh too hard. This company does great things for people who need it most. I’m glad that I can be a part of that. The staff are great communicators and often send us reminders to remember to take care of our own well being. They are constantly on top of things looking out for weather conditions and suggesting possible alternatives for outdoor activities the get snowed out. They also check in with me and see how I’m doing (I run track and they ask how that goes) to let me know they care. The caregivers and staff are amazing people to work with and gives a positive workplace environment in whatever home you are placed in.
