No there isn't but there is a FL and a GA state run camping not far
It's all part of the Osceola National Forest.

Yes there was a real battle field there..look it up..but NO ..you can not metal detect there or possess any artifacts found..as with any national/ state memorial
Ocean pond camp ground, and you can park all along US90.
You can camp at Cobb camp. 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk through the woods..its behind the place in the forest.
