Very quite and close enough to beach to hear waves at night. A little creepy with abandoned looted cars at turn off to campground.

First come, first serve. But a reservation helps when it gets busier.
You can drive on the beach at low tide with the right vehicle, but bring an extra one to pull you out when you get stuck because the tide comes in fast...but people do it every day. Cant drive down the road in a truck(unless you have tractor tires) because of swamps.
