There are trails! It's a fairly short hike, but my kids loved it! Trails are a little uneven for strollers, but older kids will have fun. There are ruins of an old summer camp, supervised exploring is fun!
They are great. Red tail has more jumps and drops, and the yellow had more fast/flowy sections. I recommend red to yellow to white for a fun loop.
