Staff is rude and not helpful. Tried to follow up on an application, which they never even processed or bothered to look at. I am 100% supportive of what shelters do, but this one is completely selective on who they choose to follow through with. I met all their requirements, they never even bothered to follow up with me and when I came in to visit in person they said they did when I never got a call or email… complete waste of time, I’m sure there are better shelters out there with more professional staff..

I always said wonderful things to say about them but it has gone downhill fast. Staff loses records; mixes up dates; my little babies went in for a dental cleaning and the paperwork that came back is completely wrong. They said they took out 5 teeth and both uppers and lowers were taken out without mentioning it. God knows how many teeth they pulled because whoever was working with my dogs didnt reflect the paperwork I went home with. They lost my dogs records; messed up surgery dates I deeply regret I didn't pick up on the red flags. My little dogs were butchered. Rotating staff; bad record keeping. It's heartbreaking to come home with paperwork that is inaccurate of what they did. I will never use them again. I would have preferred to spend any amount of money to not be in the situation I'm in now.

Yes, it is less than a lot of other places on long island
Yes
They will be at the Kohls shopping center in Shirley, on 10/31, 11/21, and 12/19. More information can be found on their website www.southamptonanimalshelter.com/spay-neuter-mobile-clinic/
The Southampton Animal Shelter may be able to help. They are a no-kill shelter and they do take cats.
Try 911 first they will direct you to the right number.
We take both.
Yes, they would let you adopt a kitten but they will want to see how your dog interacts with the kitten before you can adopt. You will have to bring your dog with you so they can meet each other.
You'd have to call them 631-728-Pets or look on their website. They get new dogs all the time.
Unfortunately no they do not take pillows
If the site of the injection feels very warm or hot, or if there's a lump, consider bringing her/him to a competent and well-equipped emergency vet clinic for ease of mind. If you feel that she/he may be able to wait to see the regular vet the following day, that may be easier financially. Make sure you research either provider you use beforehand.
Each cat is different. They will help you with that when u adopt.
sorry do not know.
Yes! Call to schedule a time to meet him, he's currently in a foster home.
Yes, but won't be ready for adoption for another week
