So it was honestly just a regular day and I had coincidently came from an auto body shop. I had just gotten off exit 38 and wanted to get a car wash. As I was pulling in, one of the car wash employees (John) noticed my tire was flat. Thank god he spoke up about it because I had no idea. I backed up and pulled over to the side and both car wash employees (Paul and John) had jumped to the rescue. They were very professional. I would have been in deep trouble if it weren’t for these two amazing employees. As a 19 year old, 5’1 female, I would not have been able to change that tire by myself. They honestly didn’t even need to help, but they still took the initiative and did it! They went above and beyond! Thank you to Paul and John. I will definitely be coming back to this car wash!

1st time used this place bad experience. Poor wash. No soap. Gave another try. No soap. Undercarriage didn’t work. Wax applied, no rinse. Soo little water one of my tire was still dry. Loose leaves/grass still stuck to truck. I wash truck weekly. It’s an easy clean. THis place always fails. Never again.

The touchless wash is ineffective. Entire rear of vehicle looks unwashed- could do better with water alone and a hose.. The drying system drips on your car as it dries so it is also ineffective.

DO NOT USE TOUCH FREE HERE. Horrible customer service. Car came out still soaking wet and covered in soap. Asked nicely to borrow a rag so I could wipe my car down and was told NO. The air dryers are very low quality and not mounted properly to get the water off your car. And the robot continues to spray out soap onto your car after rinsing, so your car will come out looking worse than it did when you went in.
