My 3mos old cockapoo had a vaccine shot today. Ever since we came home I have not been able to pick her up without her crying as if she were in pain... I tried calling the clinic but you guys were closed. Help

If the site of the injection feels very warm or hot, or if there's a lump, consider bringing her/him to a competent and well-equipped emergency vet clinic for ease of mind. If you feel that she/he may be able to wait to see the regular vet the following day, that may be easier financially. Make sure you research either provider you use beforehand.
