Beautiful lake. Nice easy trail goes around it. There are a few campsites along it.

Love this lake for kayaking and canoeing. Beautiful views and hikes. Parking lot fills up quickly though.

When does camping open at 13th lake

I don't think it really closes as they are primitive campsites (free, no reservations, first come.first serve and no onsite management) but the outhouses might be locked. I'm pretty sure the road is maintained all year but not 100%. A call to DEC would get that answer for sure.
