I had a tonsil abscess which had to be treated and drained immediately and they did not tell me to go to the ER which i ended up doing because they did nothing other than a throat culture with no substantial results. waste of time

this review relates to my experience at 3 different citymd locations: amateur care, reckless superficial management, thankfully i have a medical degree to pick up on red flags and steer the visit in a proper direction. terrible call service center, waited more than 6 days for results, i had to call to manually retrieve them, worse aftercare. employees seem to have memorized a pamphlet and recite them like robots without listening to the patient. i would rather die than come back to any of the city md facilities. all they seem to care about is that your credit card goes through
