Avoid. Only about the money. Management and front desk need equivalent medical staff - AMA would NOT approve of the practice received. Needed general health examination; but instead got Covid shamed, even with negative Covid test. The MD on staff, Vance, was shaking, speaking extremely rapidly without breathing, irritable, and distracted. Didn’t even check or note basic vitals, much less patient symptoms. Clearly more interested in Covid testing money.

I literally came out 10 mins before 6pm this place wasn’t 6pm closing today time stamp Sunday the 17,2022 and the gentleman told me to leave they are seeing the last patient. I guess they lazy and rude.

Came for specific blood work and testing and they messed it up. Doctor performing the physical also rushed me out. Not the place to go if you need immediate help from people who will listen to you

I went there in December for a covid test and after waiting 3 hrs on line in the cold, I was told at the door when it was finally my turn, to pay $200 cash. This is ILLEGAL. First, I have insurance already, Second, even if I didn't they do not have the right to charge me or anyone, since it is subsidized by the government. They purposely waited to tell people when it was finally their turn on line to be tested to have to pay. So I walked off the line and went to CITY MD. I might have had to wait in line again but at least they were honest and it was FREE. So, someone called me from UMD after this, apologizing for the mishap and so I decided to give them another chance the other day. I needed routine blood work and decided also to get the antibody testing for COVID. The tech drew the blood and said it will be tested. Well, the doctor (Xiomara) gave me this long lecture of how antibody testing has no bearing on whether someone needs a booster or not. I found out after days of waiting that the test was never even ordered. I mean they wasted my time again and for no reason. They advertise that they do this test but then give you the third agree about it when you decide to do it. I am done with this place. I hope they close down or get closed down!
