If i could give this place 0 stars i would. First, I waited 35 minutes for a simple strep test. However, while I was waiting to be seen, I got an alert on my phone that I was sent a prescription. I went outside and asked why I was prescribed something without being seen and they came in, gaslit me, and then finally said that it was a mistake on their end (after i showed them the prescription had the doctors name on it). I got my strep test and covid test, and then when it came to my weight, i asked them not to tell me because i have a history of eating disorders. The nurse "accidentally" said it out loud. I went back to the room to wait and got ANOTHER prescription sent to me that was wrong! This is SO negligent. I will never be going back here and reccommend you dont either.

All of the employees at this location were so kind and helpful. Even though I had to wait awhile to be seen, the nurse and doctor who saw me fixed my issue and walked me through exactly what to do to take care of it and prevent any further problems. The exam rooms and waiting room were also very clean.

This places is definitely sucks. As a walk-in urgent care, they don't take care of me just because they want to leave early on Sunday even though there still one hour before they closed when I was looking for help

This place is a sham, the nurse faked taking my stats in the visit notes for Dr. Walter Rodgers. I was swabbed for PCR and Rapid Covid test, waited in a room for 15 mins. This was all that was done. However when I checked the visit notes in MyChart it shows information for weight, BMI, respiration, oxygen saturation. NOT ONCE DID I SEE DR. Walter Rodgers!! I mean, who writes fake notes? There is a lot more fake things going on in this urgent care. I will be writing to my insurance regarding this experience.
