UPDATE; Our new Electrolux Washer was delivered on time on monday as scheduled. The 2 guys that delivered our washer were very professional, took our old washer to be recycled, cleaned up all the cardboard and wrapping materials and put the washer right where I wanted it. Great Job Grand Appliance of Greenfield! Our 12 year old washer died (truly sad) on Thursday night. Our salesman Alex at Grand Appliance Greenfield was great from when I first spoke with him on the phone to get info on a washing machine, if it was in stock etc. We stopped in the store Friday night and Alex walked us thru the features of a couple of different brands and we decided on a washer, quick and easy, great price and it will be delivered on Monday. Overall a great experience with Alex and Grand Appliance.

I ordered a stove and fridge two weeks ago from this location. Today they were to deliver and when the driver called me to tell me he was on his way, he informed me it was just the stove. I asked about the fridge and he couldnt tell me anything other than he thought it was on backorder. I called customer service who told me to call the store directly. I tried numerous times to get through and no live body to pick up the phone. So, i went into the store where two salespeople were working with other customers. No acknowledgement that I had even walked in. Finally, one of the salespeople acknowledged my presence and i told her why I was there. My fridge, that was “in stock” when I purchased it is on backorder. I now should have it around October/November. No phone call to advise me of this. In the meantime, I do not have a working fridge/freezer in my home. What is Grand going to do to help me out you ask? They will call me back as they were too busy……I am still waiting.

I didn't see they sold tv
After I compared price with Home Depot and other stores, I decided to buy new store at Grand Appliance. It was just delivered yesterday with delivery fee more than $20.
Awaiting my own dryer soon by Sun.
We do, however only when delivering a new one. We do not haul away without a connected purchase.
