Do not live here. They bait and switch. You will be shown one apartment and then put into another that likely smells like cigarette smoke. They will try to charge you for routine carpet cleaning when you move out. This is against Wisconsin law, yet they do it anyway. Broke down cars in the parking lot taking up spaces from residents, snow removal company coming at 2 am and throwing salt onto your patio that hits your doors/windows waking you up, I could go on and on. They wanted to raise my rent by $1,000 when it came time to renew my lease. For the smoke-filled apartment with brown MDF cabinets and almond colored appliances. If you're on an apartment hunt, keep looking. Sunset Ridge isn't it.

I stayed at Sunset Ridge (2 bedroom, 1.5 bath) for about a year and a half; if I wasn't moving, I would absolutely renew my lease again. I really enjoyed my apartment and so did my friends/family whenever they would come visit. I don't have any pets, but the dog park is a cute little perk! The apartment is a little older, and sometimes the closet door would come unhinged, but, it wasn't a big deal. I would put in a request with maintenance and they would come within a few hours of my request and get it fixed. The Sunset Ridge team was extremely professional, attentive, and responsive. The apartment manager, Tameka---AMAZING! Homegirl does not play and really seems to care about her tenants and their needs. She made me feel very safe and comfortable living here. The area and location is quiet and a great location; it's right on the border of Menomonee Falls and Brown Deer. Would absolutely recommend Sunset Ridge to friends/family.

My husband and I stayed at sunset ridge on 107th st on two different occasions,one being the resent one. We enjoyed our apartment and so did our dog and cat,the management team was great. The team always provided us with great service, professional and attentive. We love their energy and the way they want you to feel comfortable and happy in your home . All in all this is a great place to live in
