I been here for a few months I did have an issue with an employee when I first moved in but Tiffany resolved it I personally like Tiffany myself any problems I have she fixes it

After being a Harbor point resident for over 3 years my office staff was “unable” to locate a package that I had received notification was delivered to main office. Harbor point employee passed the buck and told me she could not locate my package and I should drive to Glenbrook as my package was probably there. So I did. I drive over and Tiffany Glenbrook employee helped me. My package was not there. SMH. Tiffany told me it was in fact at Harbor point. But .. she drove over with me and got my package herself. The package was right there all along and overlooked by harbor point employee who was extremely dismissive and in fact incorrect the whole time. Thank you Tiffany! The package was my medication and following the customer through till resolution is high level customer service.

So far so good. Carmen has been very accommodating and helpful Updating to add. They’re so helpful getting you in. And then it goes downhill. I have reported the same 2 issues since I moved in. Bugs and the AC not working. I’ve seen more LARGE spiders and centipedes in a few months than I’ve seen at my old apartment that I lived in for four years. The unit must not be sealed because they’re getting in from the windows even tho I’ve had the unit sprayed a few times now. Come to find out there are units that have to get sprayed monthly. So there’s a pest control problem. If I had known that during my tour I wouldn’t have moved here. I have a dog and can’t really have him constantly in pesticides. The laundry room plumbing backs up and the floor is constantly wet slippery and nasty. Paying $1000 a month to constantly be vacuuming bugs is insane to me. The units are cute and cozy but it’s not worth the problems with the actual building
