Very good experience. Nice apartment, nice view, quick maintenance, safe. Julia helped us a lot during move out of Wisconsin. I will definitely recommend living here in Wisconsin. We moved out. i miss the beautiful patio !

We found our time at the Fountains pleasant! No problems with the neighbors, they were all nice Julia the Manager is awesome! Always polite and helpful! Great place to live and affordable! Close to a park and splash pad. If our job didn't relocate us we would've stayed!

Lived here almost 2 years. Clean and decent apartment. About a month in i noticed the extremely loud and disturbing cracking noise from the tenant above me, every time she makes a step. Tenant has lived there for 10+ yrs and mgmt has never updated carpet or checked for foundation problems, I am awakened DAILY by this noise. For the amount I pay monthly, this should never be an issue. Mgmt checked the issue and agreed with me only to tell me I could break my lease with a 60 day notice and forfeit my deposit!!! Whenever I have guests over they share in their disbelief that a place charging so much for rent would allow this type of problem to occur as if its the norm. I will never recommend this place to live, if you don't mind knowing your neighbors schedule simply b/c of a foundation issue, this place is otherwise fine.

I lived at Fountains of Wauwatosa for over 2 years and was always impressed with the maintenance crew and property manager. Great place to live at an affordable rate!

The worst thing that happened when I lived there for just under two years was someone let a kid in and he went through vehicles and stole change and bikes out of the garages. Otherwise nothing bad happened to me personally, I always felt very safe. The dangerous area is to the north of the airport and across the highway to the east.
I think there are 2 layouts for 1 bedroom/1 bath, but the one we are in is $990. You get one garage parking spot. And then we pay $25 for an outside parking spot.
It has 1 space for underground parking.
