The building is clean, they look out for your best interest and safety. The office staff and management are friendly. The units are nearly sound proof. You can't hear a sound from other tenants. They will enter your unit once a month for inspections. 2022- Update. This place is trash. Run! 2022- Update

The walls or shall I say the floor is extremely thin, I hear every bump and thump. People are constantly blasting music late at night not to mention the few altercations I hear in the back of the building. Management did a great job of selling this place. The parking options could be better. I like my apartment and but I could do without the rest.😠👎🏽
