I am attempting to write a grievance on the service render here. I waited 40 minutes for the receptionist who was pleasant but unknowingly providing false information on the services I was asking for. When I finally got to see the DO, I was swab for several test that were sent to lab corp incorrectly. I received notice from mychart for the physician to resubmit the paperwork before 7 day are up for retesting. No one picks up the phone. The receptionist walks away from the desk as she pleases. I have never received bad services from mount sinai and I have been attend your clinics for over 10 years. This clinic is a disaster. Please let me know how to contact an attending Physician for service related questions. I should of went somewhere for urgent care.

Checked in online and arrived to be told they closed early and would not see me. Then shutdown the online checkin before i walk 30 minutes.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this facility. This place has truly deteriorated. Checked in for an asthma attack episode and was left waiting for almost 2 and a half hours. Despite my continued asking, I was told how terrible the situation is and after a 2 hour wait i was finally given the explanation that only one doctor was on staff. This is information I should have known upon check-in especially while experiencing an asthma attack so I could make an informed decision to receive treatment. I will never visit this facility and I would not recommend it to anyone. Ultimately I left without receiving care and went to the urgent care a few blocks away.

Doctor’s are competent and wait times can be short, but am very dissatisfied with billing practices and transparency. I went in for an urgent issue (arm injury) last fall, and while I was there the doctor inquired if I wanted a flu vaccine. I felt it was a good idea given the pandemic, and asked if it would be covered by my insurance. The doctor said it should be, and administered the vaccine. When I got the bill for the visit, the flu vaccine had an $80 charge AND an additional $110 administration fee, neither of which was covered by my insurance. I feel that this is a particularly egregious case of price inflation/gauging, especially given the pandemic situation, and would advise everyone to avoid this office to prevent similar unpleasant surprises.

Im not sure, your best bet is to call them directly
I don't know i use empire blue cross blue shield.
I'm not sure they have a lot of specialty care on weekends. You could try calling their main number and asking, though.
