I took my daughter today due to a sore throat. The person that went in the room to take the vital signs was rude and called me crazy. He didn't identify himself as well. I told him that I wanted some one else and they sent the PA with a girl, I'm assuming she was the nurse assistant, didn't identified herself either. I asked if there was a manager on site and the PA said "we don't have a manager. First time I get such a lousy service here which was my go to Urgent Care. I guess our relationship ended. I won't stop until I find where to file a formal complaint.

Staff care about their patients. Doctor explained everything she did while checking me and answered all my questions regarding illness and medications she provided me with. Side effects of the medication she also informed me.

They take good care of patients. The doctor who gave me the covid test was very kind. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
