You call to ask for assistance and the front desk person just says go visit the CDC website… Where are the old receptionists? Those women use to hold this place down, now it’s trash.

Thank you for the quick attention and helping me. The front desk clerk (nurse) was so nice and welcoming and the Doctor understood my issue and addressed it immediately and efficiently. I'm grateful…. TRULY!! The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facilities and how everyone was wearing a mask. The doctor washed her hands as soon as entering the room and then applied gloves( YES I PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS) they were very caring and made me feel comfortable even in the midst of pain. I was addressed by my name after being asked what my preference was to being called. I think the staff there is wonderful and I will be referring them to others.
