Prepare to be frustrated. They claim they aren’t allowed to send emails to me, which is ridiculous. No other CityMD has ever had a problem with it, and the reasoning was nonsensical.

I felt very cared for by everyone I was in contact with. They told me they were short staffed but the process was straightforward and quick to me…I was in and out! The nurse and doc listened very well to my concerns, gave great answers, made me feel at ease and took care of me right away! I would definitely visit this location again!

This is one of the worst citymd I have been to I came in at 12:45pm, I waited 10 mins to see a doctor, and after the doctor was finished I waited another 20 mins for a x-ray tech who was really nice. Then I had to wait 50 mins for someone to come to my room and they only came after I went to them asking why was I waiting. This is unacceptable

I WOULD NOT recommend this urgent care as I did not receive a timely diagnosis and the staff had no sense of patient care or urgency. When I walked in, the receptionist did not speak to me at all but rudely pointed to a check in tablet with no instructions on the next steps. The email system failed to notify me of my positive PCR COVID test and had I not checked, I would have ended my quarantine too early. Poor treatment
