My experience at this place was like visiting Junior high School with people I don't know. All the receptionist was loud, and didn't seem professional at all.One lady whom I wished I got her name was extremely dismissive. She argued with my on how I was Injured as if I did not know what happened to me..The doctor wasn't much better, but did at least talk professional thou, didn't provide the care I would receive at URGENT CARE.Which is a very clean , well mannered, and helpful place. Back to this dump. As I waited to provide information to the receptionist after seeing the doctor, I was told to please leave. I stated the doctor told me to wait here and inform you of my pharmacy which I changed for the the moment because I was not in my area.SheI demanded that I leave and all was done. Not looking to start an issue and trusting her judgement I left. Then minutes later she calls me phone and ask me to return to give my pharmacy information. I kindly stated that this is what I was waiting to discuss with you . There was no need for me to return and I definitely didn't because all I had to was give her the location of where I wanted the medicine sent. Don't waste your time here. I suggest any other place besides this one. Now you I see why it was empty and urgent care was packed.

Super disrespectful staff. Came in regarding a small cut on my finger which was slightly bleeding and asked the staff for a band aide. The staff was completely insensitive and rude told me “they don’t do that”. I’m not sure what that means exactly, but seems totally strange that a urgent care center can’t be bothered to hand out a simple band aide. The staffer wouldn’t even bother to ask why I needed it or offer any assistance. Simply, didn’t care! I don’t know what kind of person behaves like that? It’s simple common courtesy and decency to help someone. Especially at an urgent care office. I would have gladly even given a dollar for the band aide if the issue was cost. My impression of this place is I will never give them business or encourage anyone to go there bc they lake basic human skills let alone customer service.

Line for COVID testing is long. Extremely difficult to get someone from UMD on the phone.

Did you ever get your results on time?
