I had a properly packaged box with a prepaid label for a warranty return that had lithium batteries in it. The proper warning label was on the box for the batteries stating that the package cannot fly. This location wouldn’t take the box and informed me that I needed to take it directly to FedEx or schedule a pickup at my house for a cost. I called FedEx and they informed me that this location is indeed able to take these types packages, so long as they are properly marked, which mine was.

Great customer service. However, I witness a woman get angry at an employee because she gave her directions about her package and how to correct it so it’s prepared for shipping and turned her away. Then the woman left the building and came back demanding a manager saying that a worker was rude and unprofessional. (Which is not what happen) she started to say that she has to work two jobs and blah blah blah. (Sorry, having to work two jobs is her choice. Probably due to poor choices from the past.). The woman started to lose control of the disagreement, started yelling, and discredit herself and then she pulled the race card on the employee. The woman said the color of her skin was the reason why she didn’t get help. (Seriously, pulling a race card is just another way of saying “I’m offended and losing the argument”. The word “racist” is so misused and has lost its true meaning because of people like her.) I thought she was Mexican at first and then she started talking and I could hear the Ebonics. SMH. The employee should’ve just called the police and had that racist African American woman escorted from the premises. Women like that are sad people and a poor example for America. Either way, customer service was great and they were very helpful.

Went in to mail documents to family members and was bombarded with questions about what I was mailing and who they were going to. It was like being questioned by the FBI. First it's nobody's business what I'm mailing and who I'm mailing to. Then I don't like being questioned like I might be doing something illegal. Now I'm actually worried my docs will not get to their destination safely. Won't go to this store again, EVER!

This location refused my box that was “ruined” even though it was delivered by fedex in the first place. The box had a slight bend. They wanted me to spend $3.99 for their own box. I straight up said that was ridiculous and I’d go elsewhere. My box was gladly accepted at another location with no issues. I will never use this fedex again. All they want is for you to buy their own materials.

Yes. They can package about anything for shipping. You can count in it. You can also count on it to be expensive.
I do believe the weight limit is 150 lbs. There is also a size limit of 100 inches (length + width + height). Anything bigger has to go freight.
