You pay an HOA fee, but don’t get to enjoy the commodities. The hot tub is just as cold as the pool, not to mention they’re not clean. They close the pool without notice for days on end. Don’t move into this neighborhood.

No only residents of Ashton Ranch Subdivision. We pay for keys.
