I will no longer be using Adelante Healthcare. This is the fourth time I have shown up to an appointment, and they have needed to reschedule me due to double booking or other issues. I also just had a virtual visit and couldn’t have my appointment because they couldn’t find my insurance information that I had given to them twice already. Also, the ONE appointment I was able to have did not address my needs in the slightest. Very disappointed.

This is the worst clinic ever in Surprise Arizona !Starting with the office staff to the doctors. The doctor I seen on my first visit was short tempered and Rude. He knew nothing about me and made me feel terrible.I would not ever recommend this clinic. They order tests you do not need or want.

They seem to only want to take your money, not provide good service or actual help. Myself, my wife, and 2 kids have all been there and every time it's frustrating. They once gave my son extra vaccines that he already had received, they figured it out after giving it to him, and then had some lady come in to try to smooth it over with me. Who knows how that could have or did effect him and hos health. Their dentist office is bad too. They will only do small parts of what you need, then make you come back over and over and over, presumably to just get more doctor visit co pays. Avoid at all costs.

I used to get decent amount of care here although over the past few months the care has declined. In order to make an appointment you have to wait in between 1 to 2 weeks the providers are a joke and you go in and get stuff tested and then turns out they don’t even test it. You call there are 1877 number and all you do is talk to you agents that cannot help you and will not help you. And then to top it off they can’t even tell you your results in a decent amount of time frame. This place is an absolute joke - for all the locations on the west side of town Don’t waste your time

The lab is not part of adelante. It is a diffrent company.
You have to find their direct extension, if you follow the prompts it does not send you to their offices.
Yes they're open, but due to covid-19 they are very busy with everyone calling in to make appointments as it's mandatory.
Sounds like you will need a Prior Authorization from your RX insurance. Get the number your doctor needs to call from your RX insurance and get all the details insurance company requires and give info to your doctor. It's annoying to o have to do but insurance companies hold RX hostage since whoever makes medical decisions for you in RX company doesn't care if you've been stable on a med for years if they decide there is a "generic" equivalent that they assume will work for you. Good luck! I go thru this every year. It's not the doctor, it's the RX insurance.
Depending on your income it gets you a certain pay scale for dental or medical discounts one has to do a financial evaluation from the get go.
They accept no insurance and help those families to see if they qualify for sliding fee; a discounted cost with the clinic. They do not have dermatologist specialists.
I have never had a problem there. They probably squeeze you in and once they have a feel space they will call u...I just walked in before and had to wait to b seen..plus depends on who ur seeing.
