Horrible experience with billing. I received a bill that was incorrect, spoke to someone once who said they would fix the problem, and then I continued to receive the same uncorrected bill. After that, no one would respond to numerous emails or calls.

Bad customer service, takes 25 minutes for them just to pick up phone, and when they do they have this rude tone each time. Very rude receptionist, when my daughter went they were aggressive with her and not willing to help, made her feel uncomfortable.

I changed my primary physician for my insurance but it did not show up in their system and I did not have a reference number to give them that I changed it so they denied me seeing a doctor. The lady at the front desk was very short with me showed no sympathy or empathy and the only thing she said to me was we’re gonna have to reschedule your appointment, no apologies. Very unprofessional, I’m sorry you are having a bad but please don’t take it out on the patients.
