I had a few thing that I needed to complete (not just shipping). They were super nice and very quick! It can become quite busy there however they take care of customers with care.

I just called to inquire about shipping an antique chair. I spoke with Amy, and she was wonderful, very honest about what they could and could not do and gave me information that is helpful to me. I have not physically been into this location but based on my phone experience just now I would highly recommend their store.

I would not recommend this U.P.S. Store to anyone. The current manager doesn't know what she is doing. I've had packages lost, stolen, damaged, and the manager is friendly but completely incompetent when it comes to customer service. It used to be the best one around. The manager and staff were literally amazing. Now it is the worst. Previous review with previous manager: "This is the best UPS store I have ever been in. The staff is friendly, hard working, and professional."
