I knew my mother was in great hands as soon as I walked through their doors. The facility is very clean, bright and it smells pleasant. The staff from the receptionist to the actual nurses were wonderful to work with. My mother's well being truly mattered to them and they took care of her like she was a member of their own family. Lilly my mother's nurse was out of this world, exceptional, I really can pinpoint the proper words to convey on how much she did for my mother and making sure she was comfortable. My mother was there a little over 3 weeks and being that she was incontinent and building up strength to walk she was always clean an dry no matter what time we came to visit. Thank you once again, Surprise Rehab and staff for helping my mother get back on her feet!!!

Normally I don’t write reviews but I know how much this place cares about their outlook onto the public so here goes nothing! I worked here as a barista and loved it. Loved the staff, the CEO Brian is a great guy along with other staff. Only problem was the dietary manager. They say they care about their employees but the way he spoke to and treated to me proved otherwise and everyone looked the other way. I’ve had multiple patients coming up and complaining about the food and their stay here. I was even told by a previous employee not to work there under the dietary manager but I thought “no way he’s been super nice to me” but wow did he show his true colors! So for anyone wanting to apply here or go here for rehab the facility is great just steer clear from the dietary manager!
