I truly had an wonderful experience. I was suppose to go a day before to meet Colin however I couldn’t make it. I ended up going the next day without an appointment Colin was gone for the day. I ended up working with Jurmaine who was very good at his job. He most definitely explained every question I had. The customer service here is great honestly everyone I worked with was great, friendly from Jurmaine to the finance guy sorry can’t remember his name. Thank you all for the great service. If you’re looking to purchase go see Jurmaine.

Great service Shelby is awesome at his job. Only one problem I had was not being told they were not going to get to my Jeep til the next day after leaving for a few hours then returning and sitting in the waiting area for another two hours before being told it won’t be ready til the next day. If I was told that I would of went home with my husband instead of having to take a Uber home.. setting time expectations with what was going on with my Jeep would of been way better.. I wasted hours of my day.. not a lot of communication with myself the customer.

Our service drive can get pretty busy. Having an appointment is recommended, but you can always stop by or give us a call to get the current wait time for service.

Being in AZ that is common however that is not common for a vehicle under 8 years old. If you are still under warranty I would certainly bring it in to the service center. They will not fix it but they will install a new dash. If under warranty of course.
Ask a salesman. Deal directly with the one who sold you your car.
