Being in AZ that is common however that is not common for a vehicle under 8 years old. If you are still under warranty I would certainly bring it in to the service center. They will not fix it but they will install a new dash. If under warranty of course.
Ask the Used Car Manager for who he might call for those kinds of repairs. I'm sure he has dealt with that problem before especially in the summer heat we get each year.
I am not sure if they do those kind of repairs.
I have 2 cars, a Kia soul and a Chevy cruze, never had cracks on the dashboard but in older cars I used to have I used to get them a lot.
