My experience has been positive here. They are very busy, but staff are helpful. Location is in a small plaza next to People's United Bank.

They did not give notice an order came in from Ebay. They said it was human error. But when I came in to get an order from Amazon before email notice they said to wait until they sent email. Apparently they are allowed a mistake but I am not.

Needed a Box setup. No one knew how to do the process. I was to come back during the mid day when properly trained staff is in store. People have a life out of work and that’s an inconvenience if you can not have your employees now how to do these things.

We have lost two packages shipped from this store. What is the coincidence of such a event happening ? for one package - claim has been in process for more than 2 months now. With zero feedback on when the claim will get processed and we get back the amount for damages. Horrible service. I don't trust the services from this store. I would rather use USPS or other shipping company.
