I had already avoided this dealership in favor of the amazing Land Rover Northfield dealership because the purchase experience was pushy and communication was erratic - they didn’t seem to care about us at all. Coming back to post this review because my LR is now dead and in need to tow it to a local shop. I called, instead of being greeted by a human I got a machine, chose the service department and had to leave a voicemail. They told me they’d reply within an hour (this is all during open hours) and I never received a call at all. This dealership is awful and I’ve never received good service here. If you need local service go to a shop, if you’re looking to buy a car I HIGHLY recommend going to LR Northfield. They’ll answer the phone and take care of you.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Javier in the parts department when I needed a special-order part. He was prompt, respectful, efficient, attentive, and got me exactly what I asked for. My local dealership in Cincinnati is an example of a money-grabber that cares not one bit for saving customers money, or doing the right thing in the right manner. While that may seem funny to expect when dealing with these vehicles, it is just nice when dealerships of any make want to HELP customers and earn their business over time rather than get a big payday from overcharging once.
