I had the worst experience at this salon.I SCHEDULED an 8am appt on StyleSeat with ElegantMidge (nothing about this experience was elegant). I was there on time , got shampooed/dried and an hour passed and I asked the shampoo girl where this stylist was and she shrugged her shoulders. I was told by the receptionist that the stylist would be there soon. I wait another 20 minutes, the receptionist says Midge doesn’t like to be rushed she will arrive when she arrives . She said I could text Midge if I needed to. This is my first time going to this salon, so I text her and this lady tells me that she doesn’t like to be rushed. Plus she has an appointment to do before me although my appointment was scheduled for 8am and then she’d have to do her regular walk-ins first. ALTHOUGH I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. I explained that I had a wedding to attend today, that I SCHEDULED an appointment days ago. This lady did not care that she wasted my time and put me in a bind. The name is this salon is perfect ISSUES, we’re always screaming support our own. But it’s times like this when OUR own feel they don’t need the business they get unprofessional. If you have 5-7 hours to sit around waiting to get your hair done, by all means go to Midge sit and wait because she doesn’t give a damn about your time only hers.
