First time experience at Brite Dental. My scheduled appointment apparently was never locked into their system(system glitch perhaps?), but I didn't have to wait too long to get taken care of. All staff members were accommodating and friendly. Dr. Fatimah was very sweet and the cleaning I received from the hygienist was smooth and quick.

As someone with dental anxiety, I was relieved to find somewhere I felt comfortable, then my regular dentist must have quit. The new one I saw last week laughed off my question about a fear of mine regarding braces and my bite altering my ability to eat, which was inappropriate and bizzare. I was very clearly upset before my deep cleaning and it seemed like they didn't really care. And their system is so outdated they cant send prescriptions digitally so I've decided to change offices.
