I really wanted to like the salad and hot bar, but the quality for the price is drastically out of proportion, even the little things like charging weight on the salad dressing container. There are several better options in the same area.

Clean and well stocked. BUT some of the rudest cashiers I have ever seen on a regular basis. I have had 4 or 5 bad experiences with the cashiers here. Today the cashier tried to command me throw away my own receipt. I bought 2 items and when she tried to hand me the receipt I said "All set, thank you". She then placed the receipt on top of my items and said "You can take care of it". I took my items without the receipt and said again "All set, thank you". I turned and walked away. I heard her say something rude as I walked away. Not sure what but it sounded rude. Again, not the 1st agressive/rude cashier I've met here. They all need to be retrained on how to work with people. Not cool.

Went to do an Amazon return. Staff member at Customer Service was knowledgeable and made it real easy and quick. So quick I had to ask to make sure I was done! The store smelled so good I had to investigate, and left with some lasagna from the prepped food area that turned out to be better than any I ever made! Lol, not sure if that's saying much though! 😉

Stopped in to grab a GF V Pizza and found out they didn't have one but they were able to take a frozen crust and cook it for me with vegan cheese and sauce So an extremely extra THANKS to manager Tim for going out of his way to make me happy. The pizza tasted amazing!

Answering myself: When I called the store, they said the hot bar is usually open from 11 am to 8 pm (apparently they start removing items around 7:30 pm)
I don't think so it did not look it the last time I was in there this past Sunday
No they didn't say masks no more, it's much more complicated. They also made the announcement before communicating it, and it's nuances to govenors so most states are trying to figure out what it means and make or eliminate rules to fit the new recommendations.
