I had a great shopping experience with Mars who was super friendly and tried to get me a lil rewards discount (to no avail as their system froze). I needed the dress asap for my friend’s wedding, but I appreciated Mars’ efforts. Really awesome staff at this Macy’s!

I like Macy's so much ,but the women section need to be more organize it is very messy and the most fitting rooms are closed !!! I don't know why?! But at least I can get good deals .

Really not much to say, Macy's has been around for a log time I am not a big Macy's shopper but my wife likes shopping there. This store is always clean and the perfume section is always a great place to stop and shop; for a week day wasn't that busy but Christmas is another story

Great customer service in most departments. Exceptional in clothing and perfumes. Not so much in cosmetics, which use to be exceptional at this location. Could have been due to different staff in the day versus evening. Long waits at the pick up and return area. Only one person on the majority of the time. But diverse selections through out the store. Great Sales and clean pretty displays throughout. Stocking crew was wonderfully helpful with directions.
