This clinic accepted me when all the doctors and other clinics wouldn’t accept me due to “covid”. They helped me out more than any doctor I went to at the time did when my health was declining rapidly. Ever since I’ve gone here I’ve been able to get my life back together. I’m glad they didn’t decline me because they thought I was pregnant due to my symptoms or because I had COVID due to my symptoms thank you

The worst. My husband let the lady upfront know that he will be canceling as he had private insurance and no longer needed. Nearly 10 months later and out account was hit $531. I reached out and keep getting the run around. They won't credit me what they illegally took out of my account without authorization. I do not recommend them to anyone.

It is preferred that you make an appointment. This is so it gives the provider a "heads-up" that your coming..... but NO you do not have to make an appointment -walk-ins are welcome!
YES! You can set up your flex spending account to pay for any/all of the medical services that we offer at Surprise Care.....including your membership fees!
Yes, Surprise Care is like any other medical office. The difference being that they don't file with 3rd party medical insurance carriers that often get in the way of good patient care. By not filing with 3rd party medical insurance parties, the provider gets more time with YOU the patient!
No, but you CAN use your medical insurance for things like imaging -we are contracted with SimonMed. Surprise Care can get discount pricing for things like X-Rays and MRI's. You may also use your insurance for prescription medications that can be sent right to your preferred pharmacy! Although you may choose to use our small on-site pharmacy in the clinic for discounted medications for your convienence. You may also use your medical insurance for any lab work as well. Surprise Care is contracted with Sonora Quest and we draw all of the labs on-site!
We do not charge a registration fee- we just ask for a 3 month minimum when you sign on for membership.
