I have lived here for six years. The pros are it’s safe, maintenances fixes problems accordingly. The cons are: extremely thin walls. You can hear your neighbors upstairs and downstairs (next to you). For whatever reason, the halls always smell like sewage. The building is very old and air conditioner is loud. I would move but I know what to expect from this place where moving is a gamble. Also, in the summer the apartment gets a ton of flies and I am a very clean person. There are also a lot of foreigners so exotic smells must not bother you.

Absolutely loved living here. Maintenance was fantastic, requests would be done within the day. Rent very reasonable. Apartments very clean and newly remodeled.
