Very poor customer service, and today was the last straw!!! I had a physical exam scheduled for my daughter (required by her school to play sports). I was called the day of the exam letting me know they needed to reschedule it. It needed to occur right away due to school/sports starting, so I had to schedule it for a location further away than usual. On the way there, I was stuck in traffic. I called the office to let them know we were running late, on our way but in traffic. They said we’d need to arrive no later than 15 minutes. Arrived exactly within 14 minutes and they refused to honor the appointment! Mind you, I’ve had several appointments where I’ve waited over an hour to be seen!! In fact, my last appointment was a month ago and I waited 1 hour in the waiting room and then 25 more minutes in the patient room before being seen. I’ve had multiple times where my calls are not returned, and I have to call again the next day (still to not get my call returned). Also, I’ve had trouble with getting my prescriptions re-filled in a timely manner. I’ve had it with this practice! My daughter and I will find another provider. In fact, I called my insurance today and they sent me a list of new providers. I will say that I really like Doctor Fernanda DaSilva! She’s great! And so is each Nurse Practitioner or other Doctor there that I or my daughter have been seen by. But, today situation was my last straw!

Something scammy going on here. They keep trying to push weight loss pills and programs. Very odd. Also they are severely lacking in their understanding of transgender health needs. They listed my gender identity as one of my "problems". They also use outdated language. They did okay filling my scripts so I recommended them to my partner.. BIG mistake. This place never answers, if they do they push your message along but then you never hear back from them. She has very important meds to take and we tried having them refill the script weeks in advance only for them to never do it.. your patients shouldn't be running out of medications. And as a medical practice, you need to be more aware of lgbt+ matters. Yikes!
