Hi Kathy, Thank you for contacting us! Our price for carpet cleaning includes Pre Treatment and is based on a room size up to 200 square feet. We are currently at $36 / room for 3 rooms or more (stairs count the same as a room) For less than 3 rooms we have a minimum charge of $89. The only additional charges would be, if you need Pet Treatment, if there are any red stains, if you would like to add Scotchgard or if any of the rooms are larger than 200 square feet. Pat, they do not usually charge a trip fee, so if it's a material they can clean, I'm sure they'll come to you. Give them a call to set it up. You'll be glad you did!
I vacuumed before they cleaned my carpet. The technician steamed the carpet first and then cleaned. :)
