I’ve stopped by this location a few times, and each time I’ve had positive experiences. An experience that was really extraordinary was when I got a facial and eyebrow waxing with Nance, who is a certified esthetician. Nance was very attentive to waxing my brows since it was my first time and she made that first time experience very nice, I felt no pain at all and my brows were as modified and in place as I dreamed of. She is a great conversationalist (as is so many of the staff in here, I noticed) and she didn’t try to push any products on me. Instead, nance worked with the products that I trusted and just gave me advice on how to up my skincare routine and get the most out of it. I really like going here and I’ll always stop by when I get the chance!

For the first time, my experience in a Sephora store was extremely positive. The floor manager was welcoming and quick to assist me. I was immediately greeted and introduced to Lauren, who addressed all of my needs. Huge Thank you to Lauren for taking the time to find the perfect matching foundation, and also for educating me on my skin care options. My favorite item is the Sephora foundation brush no. 64. This made a huge difference in the application. I don't know why I waited so long to use this technique. I will definitely be coming back to shop at this store.

Every time I go in I’m helped by Sammy 👏🏻 Sammy is knowledgeable and listens to my concerns and never tries to put me in colors other than my natural skin tone. (You’d be surprised what others have put me in!) overall this location has a great cast of makeup artists and you can tell that they work in a kind and happy environment. I can smell bad management a mile away and won’t go back when that’s the case. I love this store and all of their hard work throughout this crazy last year. I try not to order online because I love seeing Sammy and I love the rest of the cast as well.
