Moved out almost a year ago and never received my deposit even after I showed proof of me making the deposit. They have so many rules which includes not being able to have guest without their cars getting towed even if you pay for extra parking.

For sure management is the worse u can't have no visitor's with out her permission you can't even paint ur trailer with out her approval of the color tried contacting the new owner never contacted me we don't recommend it please don't try leaving there n worse they are raises. O n she will tell stuff to the delivery person 2 for delivering food.. and about the cars yes she says only 2 cars for trailer but there's people with 3 but those have privileges I guess n yes in rent bill a lot of different charges that no one explained about

It was a good place until the new administration arrived, they have a Manager in the office called Beth, who is rude and disrespectful, instead of solving problems for the tenants, they cause problems and inconvenience, fining for any thing and towing cars. When you try to go to her for any question you get mistreatment. They are charging me on my monthly bills that do not correspond to what was agreed in the contract. I recommend you look for another place for your family, not recommended 👎

The receptionist is rude, one goes to the office to ask a question and she leaves with rudeness. The park is really very quiet and pleasant but the new administration or at least the lady who attends the office is rude.
