It is disgusting... there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom for over a week. There was blood on the toilet seat and the front of the toilet that I had repeatedly asked to be cleaned off. A lot of times there is blood and urine on the toilet seat. I wouldn't let my dog go there ever... IT'S DISGUSTING... they say they are a 4 star well if they are I would really hate to see a 1 star...
