I am afraid the complex, may be mice infested. Tenants are not speaking, out of fear of retaliation. This is a low income housing complex that is privately owned.

It is a good place to live, the only bad thing is that for summer if you do not control the air conditioners the electricity bill arrives high and for the winter if you do not control the qualification the electricity bill is not said, otherwise ok.
