I have yet to get service from this place but besides the fact that you have to call at 9 o’clock in the morning on Mondays to schedule an appointment that usually is going to be three weeks out I had an appointment for my daughter said and I forgot the actual date of her appointment so when I called to get the date again they said that I had missed the appointment which is true but they said that they called me twice in the day of the appointment and left voicemails which they didn’t as they were saying that I was literally looking in my voicemail and received no missed calls staff seems to be too laid-back as in previous reviews I doubt that they did a follow up call to confirm my appointment

Tried to upsell us & got upset when I told them I would be ordering our glasses online because they wanted us to "support the clinic" with their marked up prices.

Thank you for your interest in La Clinica Family Optical. We do accept Vision Service Plan (VSP) private and MediCal. Please call (510) 535-5500 and we would be happy to schedule you an appointment.
Call the office or visit it in person. If you choose the latter method, the friendly staff will ask you to sign in, fill out a patient history, health insurance, and billing information. Then set up the appointment. You can postpone this process until your appointment, should you be prdssed for time. Note that this office is staffed by optometrists and opticians. There are a variety of fashionable spectacles for women, men, and children available to try on. Eye disorders are referred to outside specialist in the Bay Area.
