Don't buy a home from here even if you pay it off they won't let you move it you can only sell it back to the management company.lot rent increases every year. The manager doesn't do anything. Horrible place to live.

Do not move here they lie regarding the used homes and when something is really wrong they bring in their own contractors to lie to you as well. And those same contractors go behind there back and swindle you too. I have lost hours at work due to lack of sleep because of people here that choose to have live bands yes that is correct a live band was almost at my front door one evening. I believe the manager hates white folks i have been nitpicked over and over for little things that i see others who are not white have..i am over it also raising the rent. Yes please living right next to a dump that u smell daily noise beyond control i cant invite anyone over because there is no parking the street out front is filled with cars..others dogs run around doing there business everywhere even on my front porch. Ohhh and wild kids running around doing what they want egging cars hurting other children u name it. Yes please raise the rent every year cause i love paying an increase to live in hell.

Do they rent to own
They towed the loaner car I used while my car was in the shop... From MY OWN driveway! !! I've been a resident here for 6+ years.. The towing bs started about a year ago. But even PRIOR to the resident notification flyers about new rules pertaining to parking, they towed other cars at random. I've seen the towing company trolling around the community looking for cars to tow. In addition, there is only ONE small sign at the main entrance. Should be posted throughout the park.
