Man this is a phenomenal business. I cant rave enough about the job these guys do despite all they have to work with. I bet everyone that left a bad review got paid. If you listen to the reps they explain everything in a way a normal person would understand. Everyone knows how difficult it is working with the state..but these guys break their back to make sure you get paid and your benefits are explained. I cant speak for everyone. Some might not be educated enough to understand the programs that the state has placed them on a lot of the people leaving bad reviews are the type of people you hate standing behind in gas station lines.

You are awful, unprofessional, and unbelievable people! As well as deceitful. I am talking specifically of your Duncanville, Texas office. And hopefully Administration will see the reviews and act upon them before you run this company into the ground. I am presently in the process of finding the proper agency to report you. And when I do I will post this information so that others can follow suit. You don't communicate well at all. And when I call to see why my pay check was not deposited on "pay day" you say it will be deposited in a couple of days! And when I ask why? You go on this tangent! The next pay period - no deposit! The story this time is check has been mailed. How do I tell the people I owe that I'm not sure when I can pay them because I'm not sure when I'm going to get my pay check. Very disheartening! This is not what I signed up for. This is not how you would want to be treated. Just sad! It is not ok, and it is not professional, and it is not right.

Horrible staff!!! Does not pay the CDS program on time. Very rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! I only gave one star because I can’t give zero.

The whole time my wife has been a client they have gone through quite a few people not sure why but every time my wife called in it was a different person in charge of payroll not sure why they go through so many people
