Ms. Stacy, the manager is very rude she was talking with me, the customer, like I didn't have good sense! I don't get it.

Short line. Nice staff. The package slot is frequently jammed.

Waiting at home for a package. Receive a text from Amazon that USPS attempting to deliver but could not access. Why not ring the door bell? It’s a house. No fence or gate. When we look at our security cameras USPS was not even here. We needed this package for very sick person. Lousy service!

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Everyone is rude and they hate their jobs. If you don’t like your job get a a new one… They throw and misuse packages and this is a big issue! This the 5th time my packages that I have sent have arrived damaged. When I drop my other packages in Irving, they have arrived fine. I send packages every day nearly and ever since I moved to Duncanville this has happened 5 times within the last 3 months. Terrible…

As far as I know it is.
Yes but it is hazardous because of the alcohol
Call them or go up there and ask them to pull those two packages. I don't their truck has come yet. It usually comes around 11.
Yes, they are open from 10-2.
Well they don't even ring the bell when its raining and my car is here.
There is no set time due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Instead of posting it here Kirk, why not address yoir concerns with the postmaster at the Duncanville post office? She'll be more than happy to address your concerns but you're putting them where the people that can make the changes will see them.
I am sure either way will work phone touch keys which easier for you today best of luck📞☎️📟
It depends on how much the package weighs. Check their website for more info.
They do their own thing and don't follow the rules set forth by the U.S. Postal. I noticed that when it rains sometimes they don't come and if they do it's later. The postmaster will have a grand excuse why I'm sure. Not sure in your case sorry.
I'm not sure how much they cost, sorry.
